General Shipping Overview

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. The delivery timeframes indicated above are based on addresses in metro areas, if you are in a regional area, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

If you are not at the delivery address to accept the goods yourself, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of successful delivery. 

Karamela cannot be responsible for delivery of orders that have requested authority to leave. 

In the instance that you have given incorrect delivery details please ensure you email us immediately upon successful placement of your order. Once your order has been dispatched Karamela cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekend or on public holidays. 

International Orders
All international orders are sent via DHL Express.
Once international orders have reached their destination, they may be subject to customs charges. Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. Unfortunately, Karamela cannot be held responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes charged. Any import fees that may have incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
 

Fraudulent Orders
In the event we have reasonable grounds to believe an order is fraudulent, we will attempt to contact you, and may request you to provide further proof of identity before issuing your order. In this instance, your order will be temporarily placed on hold, we may cancel your order if we are not able to contact you, or the identification you provided does not meet our requirements.
